Allie & Sam | Gold Flakes & Rain Breaks
Allie & Sam Taylor
We’ve experienced the rainest wedding season ever within four years of capturing weddings, but I wouldn’t have it any other way. Maybe it’s because I’m spontaneous, adventurous, creative, and don’t mind a few curveballs. Maybe it’s because it brings cooler temperatures and glorious sunsets. Or maybe it’s because I get to watch couples like Allie & Sam continue on with their day as if the rain is non-existent and not ever letting it hinder from their celebration. Their day was full of anticipation, rain breaks for sentimental first looks, and golden-flaked flatlays (Allie, you’re a queen for adding it to your detail box). Scroll on down to see the beauty of their day and the classic elegance Allie incorporated into their day.
Just gonna say it, Allie’s ring is one of my top 5 of all time.
LOOK AT IT.
God gave us a 10 minute break in the rain right as we finished the first look and it was perfection.
When rain looks like snow, I’m a happy happy photographer.
