Curtis + Alana | Sweep Me Away

Mr. & Mrs. Grupe

This couple & wedding day is very near and dear to my heart. Curtis & Alana are not only one of the most precious couples ever, but they are sweet sweet friends. Ben and I had a front-row seat in watching their relationship from the beginning. Alana was so patient to find her man & Curtis was so persistent in pursuing her. They are so stinking cute. Like, Alana has a pure & innocent beauty about her, while Curtis has a drive & passion for anything he sets his mind to. They compliment each other & their day was nothing short of a beautiful representation of their love for each other & the Lord. What a gift & what a love!

This blog post is special. Alana & Curtis laid down all the barriers & allowed their day to be full of their unique emotion. Full of intimacy & family. Full of joy!

Not even the windiest of a November day could sweep their love away.

Alana KILLED it with the decorations. She DIYed almost everything & it was so sincere to see her personal touch on everything.

Everybody meet Jim. Jim is a beaut of a man. Jim also made me cry twice on this day. Be a Jim.

Alana’s enthusiastic camp friends were hyping up Alana & Curtis as they took sunset portraits so I said “Why not take a group photo?!”. And I’m so glad that they did!

This is not my story to tell. It’s Alana’s. But I will say, Curtis surprising Alana with her father|daughter dance by incorporating Jim, Alana’s new father-in-law, & her lovely mama had everyone crying.
